**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and collect data, including monthly sales and promotion activities scheduling in GT Cosmetic outlet
- Maintain accurate records by filling supporting documents for promotional activities
- Daily coordination with branch team and distributor
- Check and recap promotional expenses claim for each outlet efficiently
- Create purchase requests for every approved promotional program
- Follow up on payment status for proposed promotion programs promptly
- Create weekly and monthly reports for purchased requests (PR)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience from any industry
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks with good time-management skill
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Capability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
