Academic Research & Development

Assess the academy product and education technology development needs (especially in constructing assessment and other behavioral data analysis to improve learning, education, and teaching process)

Design and manage end-to-end research based on the needs through various methodologies (literature research, user research, etc)

Implement the academy product development and improvement based on the needs through various type of solutions to improve the quality of the education & learning process

Collaborate with Academy Operation team to execute the development and improvement iteration

Collaborate with Technology Product team to develop the most optimum education technology product

Min.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (in Psychology / Neuroscience / Education / other related social science will be a big plus)

Must be passionate and highly curious in learning, education, and technology

Having min.
2 years' working experience in psychometric field / psychological & behavioral test / assessment construction / L&D / other related field

Having quantitative and/or qualitative research skill

Preferably to have strategical thinking, project management, product development, and data management skills;
