Account & Client Service Intern

Account & Client Service Intern are in charge of building positive relationships with clients through efficient customer support and services.**Job Descriptions**:1. Consistently communicating with potential and existing client2. Communicating, representing, and making sure that the client's needs and goals are achieved3. Updating any account team activity such as reporting status and progress to the potential and existing client.4. Preparing documentation such as minutes of the meeting, proposal, quotation, work completion report, employment agreement, etc.5. Involved in primary contact between the client and Idea Imaji regarding business6. Involved in pitching such as gaining new opportunity to cooperate with other by seeing the needs of potential and existing client**Specific Requirements**:- Male/Female, max. 25 years old- Minimum education level: currently in college, high school, or vocational school. Majoring in a related field is a plus.- High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction or supervision.- Available for a minimum of 3 (three) months internship duration.- Willing to be responsible for providing accommodation and your own personal needs during the internship.Contract length: 3 - 12 months**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
