Buzzlive is a live-commerce enabler and host provider that aims to assist online sellers and introduce them to live-commerce as one of the marketing channels.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and stakeholder management in terms of exceeding KPI's target
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their business objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, historical performance analyses, and pricing agreements
- Identify new opportunities and identify where risks or potential improvements can be addressed, resulting in increased sales/revenue and growth within accounts, and the ongoing retention and satisfaction of the customer.
**Requirement**:
- Proven experience as Account Executive in relevant fields
- Having experience in B2B direct selling/pitching would be preferred
- Ability in problem-solving, case analysis, and negotiation
- Expert Excel user that able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
- Passionate about digital and media advertising especially Live-commerce
- Strong business skills in terms of running meetings with clients, business writing, and verbal communications
- Good presentation skills and fluency in English would be preferred
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
**Working setting**:Work From Office
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 per month
