**Account Executive - Smartven**
At Smartven, we are a leading supplier of smart vending machines in Jakarta, Indonesia. We provide vending machine solutions to businesses and entrepreneurs that help them grow and thrive.
Our vision is to be the most innovative and customer-centric vending machine supplier in the region, and we're looking for an ambitious and driven Account Executive to join our team and help us achieve that goal.
As an Account Executive at Smartven, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities.
You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
- Developing and executing account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and communication
- Conducting regular business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and uncover new business opportunities
- Negotiating and closing contracts and deals with customers to achieve revenue targets
- Managing and forecasting sales pipeline and revenue projections for the accounts you are responsible for
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and 1 year of experience in account management
- Experience in IT hardware, software, or marketing agency preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- The working arrangement is hybrid,
- Willingness to commute in daily basis to the office (Jakarta Selatan) is a must.
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (required)
