As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will have to manage and oversees account in sales work, ensuring to meet all sales target but not limited to build and maintain relationships with clients, develop and implement strategic plans to grow account, and identifying new business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and supervise workforce to its efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Minimum qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT industry
- Experience working in technology and cloud computing sales.

Preferred qualifications:

- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite of services
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business

Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
