Account Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze customer needs and match them with company products and services.
- Generating new leads from new or existing clients.
- Build good communication relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
- Demonstrate and present company products and services.
- Follow up on the leads and opportunities and aim to convert them into sales.
- Maintain and manage client relationships and continuously seek and initiate new business opportunities.
- Plan, develop, execute, and review sales targets.
- Have a strong desire to achieve the sales target.
- Manage and be responsible for the process of project administration (PO, SPK, PKS, Contract, etc).
- Manage and be responsible for the process of sales procurement at LPSE, EProc, and Enterprise Procurement.
- Work closely with the CEO, CIO, and Business Development team.

**QUALIFICATION**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is **required** for this position.
- Have good writing, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Detail-oriented administrative documentation development.
- Good at Problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Experience in the tech industry, digital agency, and consulting is an added value.
- Having working experience in a tech startup, or IT consulting/Software Company is a plus.
- Having a good English is a plus.

**Salary**: From Rp1 per month
