Account Executive - Pertamina Business Dept

You will report directly to Pertamina Business II Department Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. **Responsibilities**:

- Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
- Deliver excellent customer service, and keep up high level SLA by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
- Follow up for claims that occur to related parties.
- Assist the Department Head and cooperate with related parties in carrying out product research / new product development in accordance with Pertamina's business segments, in accordance with market needs, company policies and strategies.
- Committed to team work and ensure the achievement of departmental target
- Provide monthly/quarterly/annual report of insurance policy sales targets to the Dept. Head

**Qualifications**:

- Min Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 6 years of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
- Insurance certification A3IK is an advantage
- Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550
- Strong Analytical thinking, Fast Learner, High attention to reach target, and Positive Attitude
