Account Management Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of collections.
- Manage teams across functional boundaries, both internal and external.
- Ensure that collection activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Area Collection Manager to recruit suitable Field Collectors to handle debtors.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
- Seek opportunities to improve team efficiency and processes.
- Manage and complete assigned work plan objectives and projects on a timely basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Degree in business administration, information systems, marketing, or a related field.
- ** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the multifinance industry.**:

- ** Minimum of 2 years of experience at a managerial level.**:

- ** Proven experience in account management or sales management.**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Critical thinker with an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
