**What You Will Do**
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key marketing stakeholders & decision-makers within client organizations to understand their business objectives and develop strategic advertising plans
- Sell and manage Tokopedia branding ad solutions to big brands, demonstrating the ability to think strategically about their business and the digital marketing landscape
- Identify opportunities for upper funnel branding objectives, utilizing your knowledge of various digital marketing platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Maintain a thorough understanding of digital marketing metrics related to upper-funnel branding objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of branding strategies
- Regularly communicate performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients, proving the effectiveness of Amazon's branding ad solutions
**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in a role managing and selling branding ad solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with top marketing executives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a role with a focus on ATL advertising and brand marketing
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment
- Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking with excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising solutions
- Experience in or deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry
