\n Your main duties in flying with us:Cultivate and manage relationships with affiliate partners to distribute accommodation products (hotels and other lodging options) through API connectivity.Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Drive sales growth by optimizing the distribution of accommodation products to affiliate partners via API channels.Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and availability on partner platforms.Regularly update and manage product offerings, pricing, and promotions on partner systems to remain competitive in the market.Act as an API specialist, supporting partners in the integration and maintenance of Tiket.com's API solutions.Oversee the end-to-end process of partner onboarding, technical development, and go-live stages, ensuring a seamless experience.Provide ongoing technical support to address integration challenges and ensure API functionality aligns with partner requirements.Analyze market trends and partner data to optimize Tiket.com's performance in key markets.Collaborate with internal teams to align API offerings with partner and market demands.Work closely with internal technical, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless flow of accommodation products to affiliate partners.Act as a technical-business bridge, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Mandatory belongings that you must prepare: At least 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or API-related roles within the online, e-commerce, or travel industry.Proven success in managing affiliate or B2B partnerships, with a strong track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs.Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, travel distribution, and API connectivity within the accommodation sector.Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners at all levels.Technical proficiency or experience with API integrations is highly desirable.Being passionate about the travel industry and experienced in managing accommodation products through cutting-edge API technology to drive mutual success with affiliate
