Account Manager - Capital Markets & Investment Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote commercial real estate properties to potential investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and industry stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understanding the client's investment goals and preferences to effectively offer tailored advice and recommendations.
- Providing specialist knowledge and advice on mergers and acquisition, assisting clients with expansion to increase profitability.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Property Valuation, Business Administration or any related major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a valuer in a valuation firm specifically in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, including property valuation, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with property owners, investors, and industry professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and
negotiate with clients.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation. Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to informdecision-making and strategy development.
