As **ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION SERVICES** you will be part of the core team, contributing to building the institution towards success and accelerating your professional career through competency certification.
**We are looking someone with**:
- Minimal diploma's degree with any major
- At least 3 years of working experience in selling educational or certification services, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong leadership, powerfull closing, negotiation, sales presentation skill (company profile, solution overview, etc) and goal-oriented mindset.
- Extensive network in the education sector or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients at various management levels.
- Good understanding of current trends and developments in education and certification / BNSP.
**The work you'll do**:
- Lead sales strategy and outreach efforts to potential clients for education or certification services.
- Manage and expand client portfolio by building strong and sustainable relationships.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions aligned with the education or certification services offered.
- Responsible for the entire sales process from initiation to closure, including contract negotiation and payment.
- Deliver product and service presentations to prospective clients, providing clear explanations of benefits and advantages offered.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competition and provide insights to the team to enhance sales strategies.
