PT Indodev Niaga InternetStaff - ContractThis is a role for an Account Manager B2B. The Account Manager B2B will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing contracts and pricing. This is an on-site role located in Tangerang.**Qualifications**- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role- Experience in B2B sales and business development- Strong client-facing and presentation skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience working in the Payroll Outsourcing industry is a plus**Job Requirement**- Education: Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Master Degree- Skill: Communication, Public Speaking, Telemarketing, Negotiation, English Proficiency, Selling- Work Experience: E-Commerce minimum 1 year(s), Computer System Provider minimum 1 year(s)**Benefit**- Overtime: No- Free Lunch: Free Lunch- Medical Reimburstment: Medical Reimbursement- Pension Fund : Pension Fund- Sales Commission: Sales Commision
