Account Manager

Strengthen partnerships with local telecom operators, handset manufacturers and CPs, serving as the day-to-day contact point for them

Creating effective promotions and programs to drive sales

Actively identifying new avenues of distribution, creating new mobile services and developing said businesses into profitable sales channels

Conduct analysis on sales data and effectively translate them into action points to increase conversion rate and grow sales

Plan and execute mobile and online advertising campaigns on ground of solid ROI business cases

Expand sales channels and payment options for existing products

Manage 2 telco services yourself as responsible manager including content, promotions, product features, user journeys, UI/UX, data analysis, reports, etc
Degree in Business Management/Marketing

5 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned fields (CP preferred, FMCG great, Sales XP is a must)

Digital industry experience is a must

Interdependent thinker, persistent attitude and meticulous follow up on projects

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa (Oral and written)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic mobile tech knowledge

Interest in IT, games, education apps a plus

Self-driven, independently working achiever with aggressive goals to grow
