**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Bring out creativity, performance effectiveness and innovation to marketing campaigns to engage the target audience.
- Manage & Maintain relationship with KOL to get better rates, availability, and estimated timeline based on assigned SOW.
- Being able to communicate the KOL guideline clearly to the KOL. Answer all the questions related to the campaigns/projects raised by the KOL.
- Solution driven person, whenever you meet the obstacles, solutions need to be figured out soon.
- Make sure all the deadlines are met, if client / units request for tight deadlines, make sure you're able to communicate the SLA's clearly and giving client or units; solution on how to achieve the possible deadlines.
- Understand the current trends in the business, by actively seeking new innovations and gathering the latest insights in social media, content and influencer marjeting, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Understanding performance calculation to rationalize the budget spend and know how to optimize the campaign based on every objectives given.
- Understand the administration process about the KOL and Vendor
- Have a good communication and presentation skill.
- Ability to presentation in English is a plus.
