Danfoss's Industrial Division is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-driven Account Manager to increase wallet share at existing accounts, identify new opportunities and/or customers, and drive specifications for pull through sales at **Processing Industries - Industrial (Mining Minerals & Bulk Material Handling) & Heavy Industry.**
The Account Manager owns sales growth and relationship of assigned accounts, which may include Systems Integrator, EPC, OEM, Distributor, and/or Prospect accounts. Strong professional relationships with key decision makers at target accounts and close collaboration with Danfoss' other Business Units to plan, coordinate, and execute sales growth efforts are critical.
This position is Jakarta, Indonesia based for South East Asia region and reporting to Head of Industrial Sales.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Hit annual Sales Budget Plan
- Support and report progress on Key Strategic Accounts.
- Provide Industrial Products technical & commercial support to OEM and Central Distributor Sales Team
- Liaise with Danfoss Industrial Focus Platform Processing - Segment Lead
**Background & Skills**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Processing Industrial (Mining Minerals & Bulk Material Handling) & Heavy Industry, preferably from established major companies.
- Independent and adaptability to work in high pressure environment with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English language (written and verbal communication)
- Capable of using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Good conflict management and negotiations skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills including formal and informal presentations both in verbal and written.
