**Job Description**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with their brand objectives.
- Identify and recruit suitable influencers that match the client's brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements.
- Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Understand to utilised analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and overall campaign success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement through emerging platforms and trends.
- Work closely with creative, social media, content teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- This position may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
