Work Setting**:WFO**
Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
- Create Qris Dynamic & Static.
- Activation After Sales New Client.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants through onboarding,resolving technical issues, product training, and communication in multiple ways.
- Lead merchant activation from the early stage until go live and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing end-to-end integration process and acting as the first point of contact by liaising with client's technical teams with an intermediate understanding of APIs.
- Manage relationships with customers to collect feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Work closely with external stakeholders (partner) to understand client needs and optimize client's experience in YUKK's product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project management to maximize business growth.
- Conducting monthly, quarterly, and yearly account activation reviews for all clients.
**Job Requirements**:
- Have 1-3 years of working experience in account management, client relation, or other related field.
- Have strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and problem-solving.
- Have experience and passion in supporting and handling clients.
- Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over-conference calls.
- Have a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Good task and time management.
- Optional - have prior experience in the payments industry. This will be nice to have but is not necessary
- Optional - Able to understand APIs and explain in basic technical terms.
