We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Smelting for our location in Jakarta/Surabaya.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Represents Business Line Smelting in the Asia Pacific Region (Japan, South Korea, South East Asia, Australia, Pacific Islands and particularly Indonesia)
Focus on generating new sales opportunities, follow-up on RFQ's and related proposals and resulting contracts in line with Smelting annual average sales order intake targets
Development of solutions, equipment, and modernizations, together with CAPEX Sales teams
Support and develop Spare parts, technical advisory, and other relevant offering with Aftermarket teams, with related follow-up ensuring Customer needs are met or exceeded
Support and drive proposals meeting Customer expectations within suitable timelines
Support transition of successful sales projects to delivery in smooth and efficient manner
Establish contacts & maintain relationships with multiple Customer Sites key personnel
Identifying and following up on Customer needs, upcoming investments and future plans
Coordination and development of Site Account Management related activities
Proactively builds sales funnel and ensures relevant CRM (Salesforce) compliance

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Suitable academic background, e.g. Master's / Bachelor's degree or similar.
Successful job experience in roles of project marketing and sales, project management, smelting industry, technology sales, or other relevant.
Ability to develop long terms solution sales, and coordinate between multiple internal and external stakeholders between various locations.
Knowledge of pyrometallurgical processes (especially copper smelting) and related technologies.
Ability to work under tight timelines and business pressure.
Drive to achieve targets and continuously develop your abilities.
Motivation and ability for organizational and personal development.
Fluent written and spoken English skills.
