Account Payable Pic (First Mile)

Job description:

- Summarize recurring cost of each shipment
- Review, verify and reconcile invoice
- Submit Payment Request
- Liase with Transporters to revise and follow up document issue in timely manner
- Analysis and problem solve issue with internal and external

**Requirements**:

- Min 1-2 years experience with work related
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Have knowledge or experience in logistics
- Strong analytics and strategic related payment
- Can lead team and build SOP streamline with internal process
- Can work using system like TMS or ERP etc
- Can adapt with startup culture
- Expert with Microsoft Office/Google Spreadsheet
- Have a good communication skill with internal and external parties
