Account Payable Staff

Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Main Responsibilities**Handling transactions with local vendors, monitoring SOP, checking PR and contract.**Key Responsibilities**- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.- Ensuring the PR has been approved by each Department's Head.- Creating & monitoring business process (SOP).- System Improvement with related activities.- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.- Maintaining historical records.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years working experience in Accounting and Finance.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.- Brevet A & B tax license is a huge plus**Working arrangement: Hybrid.****Office location: Mid Plaza 2, Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
