Account Payable (Temporary)

Perform AP related duties in accordance with policy and procedures for invoice processing, payments, expenses and card claims, and reporting
- Ensure payment runs are processed within timeframe
- Work with business partners within organization
- Respond to vendors account queries and resolve any issues.
- Manage to communicate with vendors relating to withholding income tax issues and sending proof of transfers.
- Assist with month end closing activities, audit vouching, and reporting
- Maintaining historical records
- Perform reconciliations of AP and bank related accounts

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be working on a 6 months contract scheme
- Willing to work with hybrid working arrangement (mandatory 3 days WFO per week)
- Can join as soon as possible
- Knowledge of Accounts Payables process and have experience in bank reconciliation will be good.
- Knowledge on Xero and Peakflo will be good.
