We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to temporarily fill the role of Account Payable Manager for around 12 months.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Supervise and develop AP Team**
- Supervise and develop AP team to meet their working capability standard including problem solving.
- Actively seek and encourage process improvement and simplification in AP department.
**Maintain a reliable and clean AP ledger**
- Maintain a reliable and clean AP balances (including GRIR) by consistent reconciliation through BSAR (Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation).
- Regular review on long outstanding AP and GRIR with related departments.
- Monthly reconciliation with major Vendors (Vendors' statement of accounts vs OpCo AP (including GRIR balance).
- Actively follow up on long outstanding AP Employee Vendor.
**Invoice management and internal control**
- Ensure that all incoming invoices have been processed into SAP timely and according to Company policy and FAA (Financial Authority and Approval).
- Ensure that all blocked and pending invoices have been followed up properly and timely.
**Account Payable Reports**
- Supporting month end closing process according to PEC (Period End Closing) and BSAR on Time and in Full.
- Prepare Aging AP, Aging GRIR and Employee Vendor for monthly AP reports.
- Prepare statutory AP reports that require by OJK, IDX and KPPK BI in quarterly basis.
**Intercompany and Intracompany Transactions**
- Ensure all intercompany and intracompany transaction are correct and communicated.
- Make sure all intercompany and intracompany transactions are invoiced and settled in monthly basis.
**Support on Cash Flow Forecast**
- Support Treasury on Cash Flow forecast by giving reliable AP and GRIR figures by coordinating with Purchasing, Logistics and Vendors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance management.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles with minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory level.
- Proficient in English, ERP system (e.g. SAP) and MS Office excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
