Account Receivable Officer

This role is responsible for collecting payments from our nationwide customers while delivering an excellent accounting receivable experience.The position will be based in our Indonesia's main office in Jakarta.**Roles + Responsibilities**- Collect payments and ensure timely processing according to established policies- Maintain accurate records of customer profiles, credit histories, and interactions, updating customer databases regularly- Monitor cash balances, collection reports, and reconcile accounts to ensure sufficient funds and successful account closures- Oversee monthly reporting, review customer files, provide reports and recommendations for management- Maintain and update policies and procedures for customer payments and account management, ensuring compliance with established guidelines Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information while performing additional duties as assigned**Qualification + Profile**- Bachelor's/graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Account Receivable- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds**Benefits + Perks**- The security of working for an international family-owned company- People-focused environment with a wide range of training and development opportunities Good work-life balance -LI-AS1
