**Duties and Responsibilities**
a) Cash allocation and billing process
- Review funds received from bank statement, bank dashboard for customer payments
- Match unallocated funds with unpaid invoices
- Manually allocate funds to invoices in SAP system, Myfinance (in-house) system
- Process invoicing requests for mass upload as well as item-by-item, and push through to SAP/Myfinance
b) Data extraction and formatting
- Extract raw data in.csv or.xlsx format from business systems (in-house) and format/pivot to standard format reports
- Specific timings to be met on daily, weekly and monthly basis for producing reports
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
1.
Related IT skills: Background with Microsoft Excel pivot tables, SAP transactions will be much preferred.
2.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tight deadlines and multiple requests coming at the same time
3.
Meticulous and Attention to Detail: These are transactions relating to cash and customers which need proper reconciliation and accuracy.
It is better to take the time and effort to be right, than to spend time later on corrections.
4.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, new formats and deadlines.
Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp950,000,000 per month

- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounts Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
