Account Receivable Staff

Delamibrands' portfolio includes some of the most iconic titles in fashion: The Executive, COLORBOX, et cetera, Wrangler, Tirajeans, Wood and Jenahara.**Responsibilities**- Conduct daily collections activities to recover outstanding payments.- Communicate with external parties to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing issues.- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date collections records.- Generate and analyze aging reports to prioritize collections efforts.- Generate and analyze reports, such as Sales by Brand, Sales by Site, MDR, Royalty Sales, EDC Promotion, etc.- Provide regular updates on collections status to management.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an account receivable in the retail industry.- Good knowledge of sales transaction and payment processes in retail stores, department stores, or e-commerce.- Familiarity with the implementation of PSAK is essential.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**Salary**: From Rp1,234,567 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Account Receivable: 2 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Tangerang (required)Application Deadline: 03/18/2024
