Account Specialist

Manage AP Payment and Posting into SAP systems
- Manage Cash & Bank transaction (Internt Banking) included Tac, BPJS Payment and maintain daily cash flow included all corresponce with Bank and realted stakeholders
- Checking Employee reimbursement (Entertainment and Transport), company Corporate cards spending and control intp Accounting systems
- Month end Journal (salary, prepaid account, loan, interest, PEB, leasing, etc)
- Maintain monthly listing and intercompany reconciliation
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in the realted field is required for this position
- Proficiency in Ms Office: Ms Word, Ms Excel
- Experience using financial software such as SAP
- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to show initiative in solving problems and drive to succeed
- Excellent team player
