- Responsibilities:
DAX Ops - Daily IN:

- DAX must arrives 30 mins before departure
- Check IN Odometer, car, and goods for report (BAST)
- Well grooming, Smartphone readiness
- Fuel voucher

DAX Ops - Daily OUT:

- Check OUT Odometer, car condition for report
- Reconcile goods (BAST), ensure do Cash Deposit
- Cleaning the car
- Parking at dedicated area

DAX Delivery:

- Monitoring delivery based on daily manifest
- Ensure DAX do Cash deposit before back to Pool
- Report to HMS if any delayed delivery

DAX Replacement:

- DAX must inform D-1 for his absence
- FTT will find replacement and inform to Client (HMS)
- On accidentally absence, SLA 3hr for replacement
