Account Support Coordinator

**Responsibility**:
1. Fulfill the supply of the sales team according to the needs of the sales team in the area

2. Manage acquisition and retention sales team

3. Manage Agent Network Grabkios

4. Carrying out coaching and teamwork with the sales team

5. Responsible for the OKR Area targets

6. Accustomed to working collaboratively with other divisions

7. Can provide ideas or initiatives according to the needs of the OKR target

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented, covering Purwakarta, Subang, Kab. Bandung Barat

2. Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility

3. Bachelor's degree from any major

4. Preferably with 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of the local market. Ideally is a Purwarkarta native.

5. Familiarity with working using Excel / Google Sheet

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Upah: Rp6.000.000 per bulan
