Account Support - Esg Special Project

**REQUIREMENTS/CRITERIAS**:

- Has 1+ years of working or_ **internship experience in project management**_. _**Experiences in NGO or social impact or sustainability-related industries would be an advantage**_.
- **Bachelor's degree** from a reputable university in business management or a related field preferred.
- Passionate about social impact and sustainability issues.
- _Highly organized, structured, and able to multitask, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills._
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adequate **research and data processing skills, including some intermediary excel data processing.**:

- _**English fluency in written and verbal settings, able to communicate effectively to deliver a clear, concise, and consistent message to audiences of various backgrounds**_

**JOB SCOPE/DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist and support in the implementation of projects, initiatives, and programs in accordance with business development special projects, including ESG work plan related.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Researching information as required.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, legal documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management (NGO, Social Impact, ESG): 1 year (preferred)
- Sustainability staf: 1 year (preferred)
