Account Support - Merchant Food

Job Description:
1. Encourage Merchant portfolio to join program (promo, ads, etc)

2. Develop Merchant business in the platform to uplift Merchant business (such as Investment and Basket-Size)

3. Support and fulfill operational excellence for Merchant portfolio (include complaint handling)

Requirement:

- Minimum S1/D3 in relevant field, fresh graduate are welcome
- Have experience as Account Manager/Partnership/Sales is preferred
- Good communication and influence people
- Good listener, excellent service, solution-oriented
- Pro-active and initiatives-driven
- Strong will to learn something new
- Has basic experience in data processing (google sheet, vlookup, pivot)
- Fluent in local language will be added value

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Upah: Hingga Rp2.186.000 per bulan
