- Embark on an exciting journey with us as our Accountant & Admin, tasked with pioneering our office establishment in Indonesia. From managing financial documentation to overseeing office operations, you'll be instrumental in setting up everything from scratch in a dynamic startup environment._
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage company assets, financial expenditures, and office operations.
- Prepare financial documents, invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and update as needed.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Compile, update, and maintain company records.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure office material supply.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports.
- Support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
**Requirements**:
- At least one year of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian (Mandarin would be advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
