We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure seamless cash flow management, working closely with the Directors and Financial Controller. **Requirements**:
- ** Proficiency in English and understanding of accounting terms**
- ** Excellent multitasking abilities and composure under pressure**
- ** Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset**
- ** Effective collaborator and independent worker**
- ** Excellent communication skills**
- ** Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets**
- ** Familiarity with Indonesian and Australian taxation systems, including Pph21, Pph23, PAYG, and GST (preferred)**
- ** Experience with Xero accounting software (preferred)**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Assist in creating and managing financial documents, including AR, AP, P&L, and cash flow**
- ** Collaborate with Directors, Financial Controller, and Account Managers on invoicing and payment follow-ups**
- ** Reconcile bank statements in Xero**
- ** Manage day-to-day financial and admin tasks as directed**
- ** Administer Australian and Indonesian employee and contractor salaries, tax-related matters, and compliance**
- ** Research and propose improvements to streamline bookkeeping processes**
