**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**: Oversee the financial operations, including tracking income and expenses, preparing financial reports, managing invoices, and tax payments.
**Multinational Finance**: Understand and handle financial matters pertaining to multinational company operations, including managing transactions and financial records across different countries and currencies.
**Business Setup**: Provide assistance in setting up new business operations, including advising on the financial aspects of business setup and expansion.
**Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international tax regulations by accurately preparing and timely submitting necessary tax forms.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using appropriate accounting software.
**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report any variances.
**Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and provide insights on financial health.
**Audit Support**: Assist in preparation for and management of internal and external audits.
**Advice on Financial Decisions**: Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant in Indonesia, with experience handling multinational finances.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is a plus.
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
