Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: Accountant**

**Department: Finance**

**Reports to: Finance Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the preparation and issuance of billing documents and tax invoices to customers.
- Maintain and update the customer database within the system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to verify sales-related data.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of sales revenue data.
- Conduct regular cash counts for petty cash, ensuring alignment with cashier's records on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer data documentation.
- Prepare monthly accrual data related to sales for the Accountant.
- Assist in various project tasks as directed by the Financial Manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Background in Accounting or Finance, with completion of an Accounting/Finance course.
- Proficiency in SAP, Account Payable processes, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tax regulations or possession of at least brevet A/B certification.
- Able to contribute to the administration of the Finance Team.
