**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Accounting and Finance field or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets (Google Workspace) and Accounting software.
- Familiarity with and ability to implement PSAK, IFRS, or at least a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and compliance with Indonesian government regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and good time management skills.
- Open-mindedness towards adopting new technology and adapting to change.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possession of a certification in Brevet A&B and a basic understanding of Taxation is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English (writing is a requirement, speaking is a plus).
- Willingness to work in Yogyakarta (onsite).
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage petty cash: Maintain a record of all petty cash transactions, both in hardcopy and softcopy formats.
- Document Filling: Ensure thorough documentation management, both in hardcopy and softcopy formats.
- Create a Daily Cash-Flow Report: Prepare a comprehensive daily cash-flow report to track incoming and outgoing funds
- Manage Budget Costs/Expenses: Monitor and control budget costs and expenses to ensure financial discipline.
- Create Monthly Accounting and Tax Report
- Oversee the administration of tax and transaction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Input all Transactions in the Xero Accounting Program
- Manage Staff Payroll
- Manage all staff reimbursement (business trips etc)
- Handle Banking Matters: Oversee all banking-related tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations and transactions.
