**Associate Consultant (Accounting and Tax Speciliast)**

You will play the dual role of being the client's accounting and tax advisor, as required.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, corporate tax accountants also work well in groups. They take responsibility for a company's crucial and, often, confidential financial decisions, so they must be able to handle sensitive financial matters with integrity. Corporate accountants fall under the management division of accounting. They work with companies of all sizes to manage their records and analyse financial information. A corporate tax accountant analyses complex tax planning scenarios and communicates the findings effectively. As a senior consultant, you would be responsible for gathering the company's and client's financial data and filing annual tax returns. Prepare the day-to-day preparation and lodgement of local tax filings, maintain related documents, and support internal and external parties related to tax inquiries. You would also be expected to devise strategies to optimise the client's tax obligations, respond in a timely manner, and be able to manage a full cycle of error-free operations independently. They lead the consulting team in their work and assist the director in making decisions and executing projects. They also keep up to date with current tax procedures and developments, as well as assist companies during internal audit processes. This involves reviewing financial statuses and operating procedures to ensure that businesses adhere to corporate procedures. Senior consultant also analyses a company's structure and determines a budget accordingly. They get to make critical decisions as part of a corporate management team. Provide assistance in other areas related to the job as required. Requirements:
- 1+ years of related work experience in accounting (a must); A recommendation or certificate of employment (Surat Keterangan Kerja) may be needed.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.30
- Able to work on-site (WFO) at our office location in South Jakarta, Indonesia. (a must)
- Domicile in South Jakarta or a nearby area (preferable).
- Have experience in calculating Tax and preparing Financial Report.
- Preferably to have the Certification as Tax Consultant (BKP) and/or Registered Tax Court Attorney.
- Able to communicate using English, fluently written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of local tax regulation and understanding of international tax;
- Know the process of preparing, compiling, and reporting financial statements;
- Experienced in performing corporate tax reconciliation and filing VAT/WHT/CIT returns;
- Familiarity with XERO and Jurnal accounting software is a plus;
- Have good work ethics, good analytical skills, and be proactive in demanding situations.

Pay: From Rp5,100,000 per month
