Accounting And Tax Staff

Manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while remaining compliant with tax laws.
- Analyze financial data and tax implications to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
- Research and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to management on tax-related matters.
- Review and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of tax-related financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Review and approve journal entries and adjustments prepared by junior accounting staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with PSAK and regulatory requirements

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably within a consulting company.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: Rp750,000,000 - Rp900,000,000 per month
