**Uraian Pekerjaan**
- Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, compliance with IFRS.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee and manage the overall financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports and tax reports.
- Establish / Develop the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles complies with accounting and tax standards.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
**Kualifikasi**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Minimum 5 years work experience of relevant experience in financial and accounting analysis, planning, and control.
- Strong knowledge & Updates about accounting IFRS and Tax Regulations in Indonesia (Employee Tax, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle Netsuite is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills to ensure timelines are met for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Ability to work independently and fully communicate with the direct manager, the subordinate, and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Effective communication (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
