**About The Role**
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and daily cash flow.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and address inquiries related to accounting and taxation.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing process for the preparation of financial statements and management reports that guides for strategic decision-making.
- Participating in audit processes and financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conducting in-depth research on tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and compliance enhancement.
- Staying at the forefront of industry trends and tax developments to provide informed guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/Tax/Banking or a related field from a reputable university
- 3+ years of working experience in the finance/accounting/tax department for a high growth organization or a start-up company (preferably in the construction/manufacturing/hospitality industry).
- Strong understanding of local accounting principles especially the updated one such as PSAK 72 & PSAK 73, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting rules in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and Jurnal.id (preferably), Ms. Suite, and Taxation tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills, and problem solving.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Having Brevet A & B certificates would be an advantage.
