Accounting & Finance Manager

Responsible for managing preparation of company's financial statements on a regular basis.- Provide accounting, tax and finance report.- Review and analyzed financial reports each month.- Update accounting standards in accordance with developments.- Review and monitoring all business transaction.- Ensure proper structure and financing pattern for the company.- Ensure that funds are available for the company's operational and investment activities.- Designing financing structure and pattern of healthy and appropriate financing for company.- Prepare reports required by the Board of Directors / investors / creditors.- Must having experienced at FMCG or Public Accounting Firm (KAP).- Accustomed to dealing with external auditors.- Mastering the latest PSAK regulations.- Preferably manager specialized in Accounting-General at least 5-10 years.- Preferably Manager/Asst Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.- Working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Good leadership skills, detail, analythical thinking, and problem solving skill.
