Accounting Junior Manager

**JOB DETAIL**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring consolidation report is on time and accurate
- Ensuring vessel performance report is prepared properly and on time
- Ensuring financial report is prepared according to Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
- Ensuring BULL Merak, BULL Tanjung Priok & BULL Dumai operational journal and voucher processing of: general expenses, tax, finance are well-managed
- Ensuring the HO audit process are run smoothly
- Monitoring the timeliness of consolidation report, vessel performance report and monthly financial report submission
- Preparing all voucher in or out and memo journals related to all working scopes above
- Preparing and analyzing the quarterly & yearly consolidation report
- Preparing the monthly vessel performance report
- Preparing the monthly financial report and making sure that is done according to SAK
- Analyzing branches financial report
- Value fixed assets (Vessel)
- Maintaining covenant test for bank
- Reconciliation ISA/ICA for audit reporting
- Preparing the full report of quarterly and annual financial report
- Preparing accounting data requested by management or other departments if necessary

**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Required Knowledge and Skill(s): advance accounting, consolidation skill, financial reporting, general shipping knowledge, computer literate
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficiently, concern for order, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability
