Accounting Officer

**Description**

We're looking for Accounting Officer !
Handle data validation and administration, record of all incoming and outgoing cash and payment, maintain documentation for accounts payable and Data Input into Accounting System, Manage account receivable, including but not only; Invoice and Bank Settlements from Marketplace(s), Prepare journal entries for all transactions in accounting system, handle owner personal tax and report to the tax office for company tax

**Responsibilities**
- Company financial reports handling
- Company inventory reports handling
- Carry out company financial administration activities (from journal entry to document archives)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.00-17.00)

**Requirements**:

- Female
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year Experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Able to work with computers (MS Office & Internet)
- Detail, elaborate, have good analysis, and high initiative
- Self-motivated works independently and as part of a team.
Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines, and Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
