Dai-ichi Life is also a public listed company in Japan with an "AA-" rating from Fitch and an "A+" rating from Standard & Poor's (as of January 2023).**Responsibilities**:- Provide leadership in the accounting process, journals and analysis- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close- Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities.- Ensure an accurate recording of all transactions- Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis- Perform and review accounting UAT for new products- Manage the audit process to ensure a timely and clean audit- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation to enhance efficiency and accuracy- Maintain and strengthen internal control in the accounting process**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor and/or Master Degree from Accounting- Min 5 years in Accounting, preferably in Life insurance or financial industry- Having sufficient knowledge on Accounting Standard (PSAK), Basic Taxation, Business acumen, and Regulation related with Life InsuranceAt Panin Dai-ichi Life, our team are friendly, innovative, passionate and collaborative.
