Accounting Staff/ Data Entry

**Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities**:

- Day to day petty cash & bank activities
- Preparing accrual & deferral transaction journal
- Preparing adjustment and/or reversal journal Input all financial data into the accounting software system (Cashbook, Bankbook, GL, A/R, A/p, adjustment)
- Preparing monthly amortization transaction
- Preparing monthly details of accounts
- Supporting in preparing monthly financial report
- Typing and filling all correspondence matter in the finance and accounting department
- Filling and compiling finance and accounting activities

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Natural proficiency with math
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to keep company confidence
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work overtime

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduate or having experience 1-3 years
