Accounting Staff

**Requirements & Skill**:

- Female max 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- GPA 3.00.
- Understand the basics of accounting (calculation, recording and reporting) according to PSAK.
- Have basic Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SORTING DATA, PIVOT).
- Have experience in the same field at least 1 years / freshgraduate are welcome.
- Have the ability to analyze data, take initiative, be honest, responsible and thorough.
- Able to work in a team.
- Able to work with tight targets and under pressure.
- Understand accounting software (accurate).
- Understand the use of Microsoft Office and Google Sheet (MANDATORY).
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
- Check the completeness of supporting documents from Project Operations & Field Management and archive data.
- Follow-up on customer receivables collection.
- Prepare reports supporting accounting needs
- Book keeping and accounting activities
- Bank reconciliation and banking activities
- Journalize all incoming and outgoing money transactions of the bank
- Calculate and journalize payments for 10 out-of-town partners
- Journalize regular incoming cash income
- Journalize salary payments
- Adjustment of tax debt

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Jakarta (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
