Accounting Staff

**Position Overview**:
As a Finance and Accounting Staff member, you will be an integral part of our finance department. You will be responsible for various financial tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, assisting with budgeting, and contributing to financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous finance or accounting experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (required)
