Details of the offer

Record payments for Vendors and validate it
- Processing, issuing, and disputing invoices
- AP and AR aging review
- Perform reconciliation of financial data (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
- Analyze financial information, extract essential information, and report the findings
- Assisting the monthly income statement preparation related to revenue
- Provide research and compile evidence for a variety of Finance investigations
- Maintain Finance-Accounting records and reports

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
- English Language proficiency is a must
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Excel) Google Suite skills, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Prior Accounting experience is a must
- Willingness to learn and master new skills, (software, and online tools)
- Experienced in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Good communication, strong analytical thinking, working well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills are essential for this position**ponsibilities**:

- Manage communications and build relationships with Social Media Influencers and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns
- Contacting, dealing, arranging deliveries & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign
- Ensure the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)
- Analyze & monitor Social Media Influencers performance.
- Understand community standards and market trends.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a Social Media Influencers Management
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents or mega influencers
- Good communication, persuasive and strong negotiation skills.
- Responsive, quick thinker and doer, and have patience in dealing with other parties
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good collaborative working relationships
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- **Able to join as soon as possible**:

- **Willing to do the onsite work in Yogyakarta office**:

- Good English in verbal and written (preferred)

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

COVID-19 considerations:

**Experience**:
