Accounting Supervisor

Prepare and report monthly tax on Income Tax Article 21, 23, 25, 26 and 4 (2), and VAT Tax

FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST

Calculation will be based on data provided in the form of daily transaction records per month.

**Prepare monthly financial statement Monthly**: Ledger, Trial Balance, Expenses Sheet, Balance Sheet, Income Statement Report

Prepare and report for Annual Income Tax.

Calculate the Montly Salary per employee & Prepare the salary slips.

Prepare of Expenditure and Receipt Vouchers (Bank/Cash Receipt and Bank/Cash Expenditure)

Addition & deletion of employee at BPJSK & BPJS TK(Insurance)

Prepare the VAT Tax invoice through DJP portal.

Ebilling tax generation.

Prepare the Manual and tax invoices.

Prepare Personal ITR of directors.

**Essential**:
Work experience as an Accountant and Taxation

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including various applicable tax in Indonesia.

Hands-on experience with accounting software of Accurate.

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Excellent analytical skills.

Exceptional communication skills.

Preferrable to have a knowledge in financial industry.

**Desirable**:
Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software of Accurate.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.

Detail knowledge of all applicable tax and its implementation

Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

Audit financial transactions and documents.

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa

**Academic Criteria**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
